Dear STEAM Academy Families,
It’s hard to believe we’re already approaching the end of 1st semester! Final Exams will take place Tuesday, December 16th through Friday, December 19th. Please review the schedule below carefully and ensure your scholar is present and prepared for all of their exams.
📅 Final Exam Schedule:
Tuesday, Dec. 16 — Periods 1 & 3
Wednesday, Dec. 17 — Periods 2 & 4
Thursday, Dec. 18 — Periods 5 & 6
Friday, Dec. 19 — Make-Up Day (by appointment only)
🕒 Exam Times:
- Period 1/2/5: 8:24 AM – 9:34 AM
- Period 3/4/6: 9:40 AM – 10:50 AM
- Lunch: 10:55 AM – 11:55 AM
- Students released after lunch each day
📘 Important Notes:
- Teachers will contact families if a student misses a final and arrange a make-up date.
- Finals should only be administered during scheduled days to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Make-up exams will be completed by appointment only on Friday, December 19th.
