Free Dental Care for DPS Families — April 14 at Coors Field

Dear STEAM Academy families,

On Tuesday, April 14, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Coors Field, we will be providing free dental care for DPS families.

Students must have a parent/guardian sign the consent form (and also attached. See below) so our dental professionals know what level of care may be provided.

No sign-up is required. Please see the attached form to participate.
